Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days
Consumers who are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal, including consumers in the European Union, may withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please email info@rennsport984.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
Statutory exceptions may apply, including certain personalised or made-to-order products.
Returning an Item
Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
We recommend packing items securely and retaining proof of postage.
For collectible models, please handle the original packaging carefully, as its condition can affect the product’s value.
Under applicable consumer law, you may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item’s nature, characteristics and functioning.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs, unless applicable law requires otherwise or we agree to cover them.
Refunds
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds include the product price and the original standard delivery cost, where applicable. Additional charges for premium delivery options are not refundable beyond the cost of our least expensive standard delivery service.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
We will process the refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, without charging customers costs that the law requires us to bear.
International Returns
We accept orders from customers worldwide. Return rights and procedures may vary according to the destination and applicable consumer protection laws.
